- How long are sales open?
Leftover sales for all physical products will close on March 1st unless items sell out before then.
Digital sales for the Carp-e Diem SFW PDF and Feelin’ Nauti NSFW PDF will remain open during shipping. Once all orders have arrived at their destination, we will announce that digital sales will remain open for 1 more week before closing.
- I’m having trouble checking out, what should I do?
Try clearing your cookies and if that doesn’t work, open an incognito or private tab in your browser. If you’re still having trouble or there’s another issue, feel free to reach out via the Contact form at the top of the page.
- When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped out once a week. If you do not receive a tracking email within 10 days from when your order was placed, please reach out with your order number via the Contact form at the top of the page. Keep an eye on our twitter page for additional updates.
Please be aware that many areas are still affected by COVID-19 and shipping times may be delayed. If you have any concerns about potential delays or postal holds in your area, please reach out via the Contact form at the top of the page as soon as possible.
If your order is lost in transit, mailed to the wrong address, returned to sender or arrives damaged, please reach out to us for assistance as soon as possible. Uncharted Waters will not reimburse buyers for shipping costs due to an incorrectly provided address, lost, returned or damaged packages.
- What if I need to edit my address or have any questions about my order?
For any changes to your order, please use the Contact form as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to make those changes. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make adjustments.
- What content can be found in Uncharted Waters?
Uncharted Waters includes fully rendered artwork from 35 artists and written works from 14 writers featuring Shiro and Keith (or Kuro-Sheith) in various mer-AUs.
The NSFW PDF includes works from 9 artists and 9 writers and does NOT include the following content:
• underage, necrophilia, m-preg (oviposition is permitted),noncon (dubcon, somnophilia, and tentacles are allowed), watersports, scat or emesis and vore
You will not find any whump or MCD anywhere in Uncharted Waters. This is a Happy endings only book.
